Marolo’s Vermentino Grappa presents a clear profile of good finesse: on the nose it shows notes of white flowers and citrus peel, accompanied by a hint of Mediterranean herbs that gives it liveliness. The palate is clean and vertical, with a soft texture but well supported by balanced warmth; the sensation is fresh and dry, with a pleasant almond note that lengthens the finish without weighing it down. Overall it remains elegant and easy-drinking, suitable for those who appreciate aromatic but restrained grappas.

It works well as a digestif after a meal, served slightly cool in tulip glasses to enhance its aromatic profile. In simple pairings it goes well with dried fruit, dry biscuits or soft cheeses; it can also find a place in small moments of contemplative tasting, when one seeks a spirit with a direct and sincere character.
