The aging process takes place using traditional methods that allow the fruity and spicy notes typical of Lagrein to be highlighted, giving the distillate a harmonious balance between sweetness and persistence. On the nose, accents of ripe red fruits and slightly bitter nuances can be perceived, while on the palate it reveals a soft yet decisive texture, with a clean and slightly herbal finish.

Distillation
