The Grappa Ligneum Prosecco Riserva Tonneaux of Bonollo represents artisanal excellence that combines tradition and innovation. Produced using selected pomace from Glera grapes, typical of the Prosecco territory, this grappa stands out for the aging process in barrels of fine wooden tonneaux. This maturation imparts to the distillate a unique aromatic complexity, with hints of vanilla, sweet spices, and light toasted notes that wrap the palate with elegance and harmony.

The nose reveals an intense aroma, rich in floral and fruity nuances, which blend with the characteristic softness of the distillate. On the palate, it is round and velvety, with a persistent finish that leaves a pleasantly warm sensation. Ideal to be enjoyed at the end of a meal paired with desserts based on dried fruit or dark chocolate, this grappa is a refined tribute to the Veneto territory and Bonollo's craftsmanship.
