The Grappa Nonino Ue’ Cru Moscato is a distillate of pure Moscato, elegantly enclosed in a 70cl bottle that embodies the quality and tradition of the Nonino family, distillers since 1897. This particular product originates from grape brandy, using exclusively fresh Moscato grape marc, sourced from the vineyards of Northern Italy.
The distillation takes place in alembics designed and patented by the Nonino family, using a bain-marie process in small batches that ensures the preservation of the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of Moscato. The result is a clear and luminous liquor that releases intense aromas of rose, sage, and vanilla, with a delicate undertone of apricot and peach.
On the palate, the Grappa Ue' Cru Moscato reveals itself as smooth and harmonious, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity that leads to a long and pleasantly aromatic finish. It is recommended to serve it at cellar temperature, between 12 and 16 degrees, ideal as a digestif or to accompany moments of contemplation after meals. Its elegance also makes it a precious gift for lovers of refined grappa.
