Grifi Rosso Toscana IGT from Avignonesi offers an immediate and appealing profile, built on ripe red fruit with a restrained spicy undertone that doesn’t overpower. In the glass it reveals a pleasant aromatic texture, with notes of cherry and plum, accompanied by light earthy and forest‑floor nuances that add depth. The palate is balanced: lively yet measured acidity, silky tannins and a softness that makes it easy to drink without being simplistic. A discreet sapidity and aromatic clarity support a finish of good persistence, closing the sip with balance.

Medium-bodied, it maintains good persistence that makes it versatile both at the table and on its own; it pairs well with Tuscan traditional dishes, roasted meats, structured ragùs and boards of cured meats and aged cheeses.
