Realizzato con uve Grillo selezionate accuratamente, questo vino esprime le caratteristiche uniche del terroir siciliano. Al naso, il Grillo di Barone Montalto offre un bouquet aromatico ricco e complesso, con note di frutta esotica come mango e papaya, integrato da sfumature di agrumi e un tocco minerale. Al palato, si distingue per la sua freschezza e vivacità, con un'acidità ben bilanciata che lo rende particolarmente piacevole e versatile in abbinamento a diversi piatti.

Questo vino è ideale per accompagnare antipasti di mare, piatti a base di pesce alla griglia, e anche formaggi freschi.
