Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
Heletto Rosso Veneto IGT from Garbole offers a pleasantly direct and honest profile: medium-bodied, balanced around fresh acidity and gentle tannins that make it easy to drink. In the glass you notice ripe red fruits and hints of plum, accompanied by subtle spices and a touch of aromatic herbs that add depth without weighing it down. The sip is clean, with a softness that combines with a discreet sapidity; the persistence is pleasant and leaves a slightly spicy finish, suitable for enjoying even in informal moments.

Well suited to convivial tables: cured meats, first courses with rich sauces, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses enhance its character. Serve at a moderate temperature to best reveal freshness and aroma; a short stay in a carafe can open up its initial notes if you find it a bit closed. It’s a wine to sip without pretension, able to simply accompany everyday and convivial dishes.
