The Pareto Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT 2001 from Tenuta di Nozzole (Folonari) is offered in magnum format and presented in a wooden case. It is a Cabernet Sauvignon noted for its structure and concentration, expressing the 2001 vintage within the Toscana IGT designation. The magnum format gives it a distinctive presence and changes handling at service compared with a standard bottle. The wooden case eases transport and storage for buyers of the magnum format.

In the glass it shows a deep color and an aromatic profile leaning toward ripe black fruit, with light herbal notes and delicate spice hints. On the palate it retains body, present tannins and good persistence, balanced between fruit and tannic component. It is recommended to open in advance to allow the wine to breathe and to serve at an appropriate temperature for structured red wines. Possible pairings: red meats, roasts, aged cheeses; suitable for occasions where the magnum format enhances conviviality.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
