The vineyards of Incrocio Bruni 54 are grown on the land owned by the winery located in Monteciccardo in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. The vinification involves fermentation in steel, with cryomaceration on the skins for 2 hours, refinement for 10 months in tonneau and maturation in the bottle for 12 months before marketing.
Brecce di Tufo has a beautiful yellow color with antique gold reflections. A noble and complex wine, which shows all its character right from its special roasting aroma which also stands out on the palate from the first sip.
An extremely versatile white capable of accompanying important and non-important dishes, based on fish and meat, as well as medium-aged cheeses.
