The Côte AOC Féchy Blanc Grand Cru "Vigne du Baron" by Baron de Ladoucette represents the pinnacle of quality and expression of Chasselas, an iconic grape variety of the wine region of French-speaking Switzerland. Baron de Ladoucette, renowned for the elegance and finesse of his wines, extends his winemaking mastery to the shores of Lake Geneva, where climatic conditions and mineral-rich soils provide the ideal environment for growing this distinctive grape variety.

Wine Profile: The "Vigne du Baron" has a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections that anticipate the freshness and purity of the wine. On the nose, it offers a delicate and complex bouquet, characterized by aromas of white pulp fruit, such as pear and white peach, subtle floral notes and an evident minerality, which reflects the unique terroir of Féchy.

In the mouth, the wine reveals extraordinary elegance and balance, with a vibrant acidity that highlights fresh fruit flavors and hints of citrus. The minerality intertwines harmoniously with the structure of the wine, leading to a long and refined finish, which leaves a persistent sensation of cleanliness and freshness.

Gastronomic pairings: The Côte AOC Féchy Blanc Grand Cru "Vigne du Baron" is a wine of great versatility at the table, capable of accompanying a wide range of dishes. It pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, vegetarian cuisine and fresh or soft cheeses. Its acidity and minerality make it particularly suitable for accompanying dishes rich in aromatic herbs and spring vegetables.

This wine is a tribute to the tradition and innovation of Baron de Ladoucette, who with "Vigne du Baron" celebrates not only the quality of the Chasselas grape variety but also the richness and diversity of the Swiss terroir. The Côte AOC Féchy Blanc Grand Cru offers a tasting experience that enchants with its finesse and its ability to clearly express the unique characteristics of its environment of origin.

Winery history
The company's roots date back to the Comte Lafond family, who at the end of the 18th century acquired the vineyards of Château du Nozet in Pouilly. The estate is now owned by the de Ladoucette family, and under the leadership of Baron Patrick de Ladoucette it has expanded to include vineyards and labels in the Sancerre area.
