Using red grapes from the native Marche vines for the first time, La Hoz Rosè represents a further proposal from Umani Ronchi in terms of winemaking and sparkling wine production, which joins the Classic Method with Verdicchio and Chardonnay grapes.
A rosé with a more complex and structured perlage, thanks to the grapes used mixed with Montepulciano, which give the freshness of a rosé a consistent body. Excellent middle ground between a red and sparkling white wine.
