The Lagrein Alto Adige DOC Conus by Alois Lageder represents an authentic expression of the Lagrein grape variety, carefully cultivated in the cool and suitable area of Alto Adige. This red wine stands out for its intense structure and color depth, the result of a careful winemaking that preserves the balance between freshness and complexity.

On the nose, enveloping notes of forest fruits, such as blueberries and blackberries, are offered, accompanied by spicy hints and light violet nuances. The sip is smooth yet decisive, with silky tannins and a pleasant minerality that recalls the porphyry-rich soil typical of the region. The aging mainly takes place in steel, keeping the fruity tones intact and ensuring a fresh and agile drink.

This Lagrein pairs splendidly with roasted meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing every pairing with its elegance and Alpine character.
