The "Lambrusco del Fondatore" by Cleto Chiarli is a red sparkling wine of character that celebrates the roots and winemaking tradition of the company, founded in 1860. This particular label is fermented directly in the bottle, a process that enhances its complexity and aromatic persistence.
Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and varied: notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry emerge, enriched by floral nuances and a slight spicy touch. Additionally, bottle fermentation adds a subtle yeast note that harmoniously integrates into the aromatic profile.
