The Lambrusco di Grasparossa DOC from Cantina di Soliera is a sparkling red wine that enchants with its characteristic deep ruby color with violet reflections. Originally from the Emilia-Romagna region, specifically in the area of Soliera, this wine is produced exclusively with Grasparossa grapes, a variety that gives the wine a robust structure and a vigorous taste.
On the nose, the Lambrusco di Grasparossa opens with intense aromas of ripe red fruit such as blackberries and raspberries, accompanied by slight floral notes and a touch of sweet spices, inviting a first sip. On the palate, it presents with nice acidity and freshness that perfectly balances its natural tendency towards sweetness, resulting in a harmonious and pleasantly persistent finish.
The fizziness, typical of Lambrusco, is finely integrated and accompanies a structure that makes this wine particularly suitable for the traditional cuisine of Emilia, especially with rich and flavorful dishes like cured meats, aged cheeses, and pork-based preparations. Also ideal as an aperitif, it is an excellent choice for those who desire a wine that combines tradition and convivial pleasure.
Serve chilled, at a temperature of about 12-14°C, to enhance all its aromatic nuances. Cantina di Soliera, with a long experience in the production of Lambrusco, stands out for its attention to grape selection and winemaking processes, guaranteeing a high-quality product that proudly represents its territory.
