The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Premium Mention Honorable" Magnum from Cleto Chiarli winery is a true expression of elegance and refinement within the landscape of Italian sparkling red wines. This remarkable wine hails from the Emilia-Romagna region, specifically the Sorbara area, which is well-known for producing high-quality Lambrusco.

The Magnum bottle enhances the occasion of sharing, making this Lambrusco ideal for enjoying in good company. The wine presents itself with a bright and lively red color, with a persistent foam that immediately invites tasting. On the nose, it stands out with an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a subtle floral nuance reminiscent of violet.

On the palate, the "Premium Mention Honorable" surprises with its freshness and liveliness. Its acidity is well-balanced and accompanies a pleasant effervescence that stimulates the taste buds, making it an excellent pairing with typical Emilia cuisine dishes, such as cured meats and robust cheeses. Despite its vivacity, the wine maintains a soft and harmonious structure, culminating in a clean and refreshing finish.

This selection from Cleto Chiarli has been carefully produced following traditional methods that enhance the varietal characteristics of Sorbara, while the use of the Magnum bottle preserves and amplifies its organoleptic qualities over time. A must-try for lovers of superior quality Lambrusco or for those who wish to discover the best of this native Italian variety.
