Vibrant and captivating, this sweet Lambrusco from Emilia opens on an aromatic canvas of ripe red fruit with hints of raspberry and cherry, brushed by a delicate floral note that lightens the profile. The sweetness is gentle and well integrated into the wine’s texture, supported by a lively, fairly fine sparkle that gives freshness and briskness to the sip. The structure is slim, with barely perceptible tannins and a soft consistency that makes it immediately enjoyable; on the palate light jammy notes emerge that do not weigh the whole down.

On the palate it confirms a fresh, easygoing character, with good drinkability and a persistence that revisits the fruit without becoming cloying. It is ideal as an aperitif for those who prefer wines that are not too dry, but it also pairs well with cream-based desserts, fruit tarts and milk chocolate desserts; it works nicely with cured meats, fresh cheeses and small fried appetizers. It also lends itself to modern reinterpretations in simple cocktails where the fruity sweetness balances more bitter ingredients. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, to enhance its vivacity.
