Lambrusco Frizzante Emilia IGP from BpuntoIO shows a lively ruby red color and a light mousse that accompanies the sip with fine bubbles. In the glass, notes of small red fruits and a floral hint emerge, never intrusive; the profile is fresh and linear, with a saline quality that makes the wine smooth and clean. The body is lean but defined, soft tannins work in the background and the acidity provides lift, making the drink pleasant and suitable for informal occasions. Served cold, it is meant for convivial moments: it works as an aperitif and pairs with traditional cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, home-style dishes and flavorful pizzas.
