The Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco DOC - Corte Manzini represents an exquisite expression of one of the most iconic grape varieties of Emilia-Romagna. Made from Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, this wine stands out for its characteristic deep red, almost purple color, a distinctive trait of the Grasparossa variety, known for its ability to produce deeply colored and full-bodied wines.

On the nose, the Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco DOC by Corte Manzini offers a rich and persistent bouquet, where fruity notes of blackberry and cherry emerge, accompanied by delicate floral nuances and a light spiciness. The influence of bottle fermentation adds an additional layer of complexity, giving hints of freshly baked bread and yeast that captivate the senses.

On the palate, it reveals itself as pleasantly dry, in stark contrast to what many might expect of a Lambrusco. Its lively acidity is well-balanced by the intensity of the fruit and a moderate tannic presence that makes the wine structured yet harmonious. The fine and persistent bubbles add elegance and freshness, inviting another sip.

This Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco is produced following stringent DOC standards, thus ensuring high quality and an authentic expression of the terroir. It is ideal to be served chilled, between 12-14°C, and pairs beautifully with dishes from the Emilian cuisine such as robust sausages, lasagne alla bolognese, or even a traditional beef tagliata.

A wine that will delight lovers of Lambrusco seeking a dryer version without sacrificing the depth and characteristic flair of this beloved Italian grape variety.

Located in Ca' di Sola, in the municipality of Castelvetro di Modena, the estate operates within the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC territory in the hilly area of Emilia-Romagna.
