Albinea Canali's Lambrusco Reggiano DOC Secco presents a lively, straightforward profile true to the dry style of the denomination. In the glass it shows a ruby red color with violet highlights and a fine foam; on the nose it opens with scents of fresh red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light floral notes and a touch of delicate spice. The integrated effervescence supports the drinking experience, giving freshness and liveliness without weighing down the sip.

On the palate it is dry, savory and readily drinkable, with moderate tannins and a good lingering fruit-driven finish. It is well suited as a table wine to accompany antipasti, typical cold cuts, simple first courses with ragù or not overly structured sauces, and pizzas with classic toppings. Serve cool, around 10-12 °C, in not overly large glasses. Best enjoyed young to appreciate its freshness, it fits both informal occasions and convivial meals.
