The Langhe DOC Nebbiolo from Vajra presents itself as a red wine that favors balance and finesse. On the nose there are impressions of fresh red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by floral notes of rose and a hint of herbaceousness. Light spicy suggestions alternate with an elegant profile, without extremes, leaving room for a present but rather saline tannic framework. Lively acidity supports the drinking experience and contributes to an overall sense of freshness.

On the palate the wine shows medium intensity, with defined yet soft tannins and a finish of good persistence that leans more toward clarity than opulence. It pairs naturally with everyday and traditional dishes: tomato sauces with pasta, white and moderately cooked red meats, mushrooms and medium-aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a moderate temperature, around 16–18 °C, and to aerate briefly when opening to allow the aromatic expression to unfold.
