This corner behind the Barolo area offers a land with unique characteristics, in which the white grape varieties can express themselves at their best, in particular the Riesling Renano, a vine that reaches its maximum expression in cool climates and mineral soils. Long aging wine, fascinating in the many facets of its evolution.
The grapes are harvested in the second and third decade of October. The pressing is soft, followed by static decanting at a controlled temperature. There fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled tanks for 15-20 days. Refinement is in steel "sur lie" for 10 months.
A wine that enchants with its bright yellow color. On the nose, notes of white flowers, white peach and citrus, cedar and grapefruit stand out. An enveloping white, fresh and juicy that it is striking for its great acidity, the main characteristic of this vine in its best expressions. S.they accompany harmoniously with dishes based on fish, shellfish, sushi, white meats and poultry. Your gustatory pupils will be literally shocked and conquered by the prolonged flavor of this drink.
