The Liquore al Lampone 70cl - Himbeere - Roner expresses all the authentic character of the alpine hideaway fruit. Produced in the mountains of South Tyrol, this delicate interpretation of raspberry is born from a careful selection of fresh berries, harvested at full ripeness to enhance intense and natural aromas. The infusion process in neutral alcohol enhances the sweetness and balanced acidity of the raspberry, giving a bright red color and a fresh aromatic bouquet with hints of freshly picked wild berries.



On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent fruity note and a slight acidic tip that refreshes the taste without weighing it down. Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.
