Ancho Chile Liquer is a liqueur capable of balancing and harmonizing sweet and fresh components with each other, while always keeping the aftertaste pleasant and pungent, accompanying the sip towards a well-balanced finish. A elixir made with hand-selected chili peppers harvested only once every three years; these are then cut by hand and macerated in a sugar cane distillate according to the original recipe.
With an intense bronze color and viscous consistency, Ancho Reyes has a spicy profile on the nose characterized by aromas reminiscent of cocoa and cinnamon, followed by notes of wood and tamarind. The sip harmoniously combines sweetness, freshness and warmth directing the taste to a pleasantly pungent and persistent finish.
