There are no fixed percentages for this blend, each vintage has a different balance point, and each balance has, in turn, different premises. With the three most representative white vines of the company history Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in tonneau, we aim to consolidate the company style through a top wine, capable of embodying the production philosophy and capable of express that balance between the vines and the place of production, the true greatness of a wine.
The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weeding; it is then carefully selected and hand-picked. Fermentation takes place in 500-liter French oak barrels (22-24 ° C), followed by maturation in the same fermentation containers, on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. Bottling and bottle aging for at least 12 months.
Lis has an intriguing complexity, which is expressed with elegance and harmony. In the glass it enchants its bright and bright golden yellow color. On the palate it offers a full, warm and progressive taste. Its personality makes it excellent in combination with strong fish dishes or delicate white meat dishes.
