Lugana DOC 'I Frati' by Winery Cà dei Frati is a white wine produced from a careful selection of turbiana, the area's native vine par excellence.
It was born to be consumed young although it proves capable of expressing the best part of itself even after a few years of refinement in the bottle. A truly historic Lugana, one of those that have revolutionized the perception of the denomination in recent times.
Its color is a beautiful straw yellow; the nose rises balsamic and floral aromas reminiscent of white flowers, with fruity hints of apricot and almond. On the palate the taste is decidedly fresh and enveloping, characterized by the right flavor and a marked acidity.
It is perfect as an aperitif, as well as a perfect accompaniment to cold or warm appetizers, boiled, steamed or grilled fish dishes.
