Lunaria is a fresh and simple white, with a slight sapidity that elevates it. The vineyards are grown in Modigliana, on soils with a composition that includes clay and limestone; the vinification is in steel.
At sight it has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is rich in aromas, nuances of melon, bananas, kiwi, mango and all the fruit of hot countries stand out. Followed by hints of flowers and a long finish reminiscent of honey and linden balsamic cough candies. A savory and slender sip, accompanied by a good almondy freshness, with nuances of marzipan and grilled bananas.
A drinkable wine that is recommended to combine with seafood first and second courses, white meat and fresh cheeses.
