Marche Rosso Passito IGT “Passum” 375 ml from Il Conventino is a still passito wine that offers a measured sweetness and a focused character. In the glass it shows an intense ruby color with garnet reflections; on the nose there are aromas of ripe fruit, plum and cherry jam, accompanied by subtle sweet spice and balsamic hints. The aromatic profile remains elegant and never overpowering, encouraging a contemplative tasting.rrOn the palate it delivers a pleasant sweetness balanced by freshness that supports the structure; tannins are soft and integrated, with a long, enveloping finish. It pairs well with baked desserts, dark chocolate, dry biscuits and aged cheeses, or can be enjoyed as a meditation wine. Serve slightly chilled in generous glasses and sip slowly to appreciate its nuances.
