Il Marsala Pellegrino Cremovo Lilibeo is an excellent fortified wine, produced by the historic Pellegrino winery, founded in 1880 in Sicily. With an alcohol content of 18%, this Marsala stands out for its intense amber color and golden reflections.

The production of Cremovo Lilibeo follows a traditional method, combining Marsala wine with cooked must, eggs, and sugar, which gives it a velvety and rich texture. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet where notes of caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut emerge, enriched by hints of raisin and sweet spices.

On the palate, Marsala Pellegrino Cremovo Lilibeo reveals itself to be sweet yet balanced, with a pleasant persistence of dried fruit flavors and a slightly spicy finish. It is perfect for accompanying almond or chocolate-based desserts but can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine at the end of a meal.

Ideal for an audience that appreciates traditional fortified wines with a refined aromatic complexity, this Marsala is certainly a specimen that will enrich any collection of sweet wines.
