Merlot Alto Adige DOC XV - Alois Lageder is born in one of the most suitable territories of Alto Adige, where the alpine climate and Mediterranean influence ensure a perfect balance between acidity and ripening. This Merlot, typical yet distinctive for the area, expresses a complex aromatic richness in the glass, with scents of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, spicy nuances, and delicate balsamic notes.

The aging, carried out in wood, gives structure and softness, without ever overpowering the characteristic freshness of this wine, making it harmonious and of good persistence. On the palate, a velvety tannin is perceived, accompanying a pleasant roundness. Perfect with white meat dishes, roasts, or semi-aged cheeses, it is a brilliant example of Alois Lageder's ability to blend tradition and innovation in the heart of Alto Adige.
