The Merlot of Casa San Nicolò is born in a dedicated land, where the clayey and calcareous soils enhance the richness of the grape variety. This wine presents itself with an intense ruby red color, while on the nose it offers scents of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by elegant spicy notes and light hints of vanilla due to aging in wood. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, with velvety tannins that guarantee a pleasant persistence. Ideal pairing with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Italian cuisine dishes.
