The Mitterberg Bianco IGT of Eart, coming from vineyards located in Alto Adige, enchants with its fresh and vibrant expression. This wine is born from a careful selection of indigenous grapes, cultivated with sustainable methods in the picturesque alpine setting, where the cool climate favors the preservation of primary aromas. The color appears bright, with straw reflections that anticipate a broad and complex bouquet: scents of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, blend with delicate floral notes and a slight mineral touch that recalls the mountainous origin of the terroir.

On the palate, the Mitterberg Bianco stands out for its elegance and freshness, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness that makes it ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate appetizers. The brief aging in steel preserves its genuineness, offering a linear and pleasant tasting experience, typical of the best whites from Alto Adige.

Production philosophy
We work close to nature with sustainable viticulture practices and a winemaking approach focused on cleanliness and artisanal precision; our company communications emphasize management across generations and minimal intervention to showcase the terroir and the grapes.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the municipality of Appiano on the Strada del Vino, at the foot of the Macaion/Gantkofel massif. The soils are composed of clay, limestone and gravel typical of the hills of S. Paolo/Gaider, elements that contribute to the structure and minerality of the wines.
