The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo "Centovie" BIO DOC by Umani Ronchi is a refined example of one of the most popular grape varieties from Abruzzo, cultivated using certified organic methods. This red wine fully expresses the personality of the region from which it originates, thanks to a meticulous selection of the grapes and careful vinification, aimed at preserving the natural qualities of the fruit.

Visually, the "Centovie" appears as an intense ruby red color, with purplish reflections that suggest its youthfulness and liveliness. On the nose, it is generous with aromas of ripe red fruits such as sour cherries and plums, enriched by spicy notes of black pepper and a light hint of licorice, resulting from its maturation in barriques.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates a robust but balanced structure, with soft tannins that harmonize well with the typical acidity of Montepulciano. The flavor of ripe berries blends with nuances of cocoa and roasted coffee, contributing to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal as an accompaniment to rustic dishes from Abruzzese cuisine, such as meat roasts, lamb, or aged cheeses, the "Centovie" is also a wine that can surprisingly evolve well if left to age in a cellar for a few years. This bottle not only represents an excellent choice for lovers of organic wine, but it also offers an authentic tasting experience that celebrates the quality and integrity of its territory.
