Montès Passito Rosso, produced by the renowned Avanzi winery, is an exceptional wine that captures the essence of the finest Italian passito wines. This wine stands out for its production method, which involves the use of carefully selected grapes left to dry on special racks until they reach an optimal sugar concentration before vinification.

The color is a deep, almost amber red, hinting at the complexity and intensity of its aromas. On the nose, Montès Passito Rosso reveals intriguing notes of ripe fruit such as plums and figs, enriched by hints of chocolate and sweet spices, also due to barrel aging.

On the palate, the wine is opulent and velvety, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity that makes it extremely enjoyable and never cloying. The same fruits perceived on the nose are found on the palate, accompanied by a light note of vanilla and an aromatic persistence that invites another sip.

This wine is ideal for pairing with rich and complex desserts such as chocolate cakes or pastries made with dried fruit, but it can also be appreciated on its own, as a meditation, to conclude a special evening.

With its long tradition and attention to quality, the Avanzi winery offers with Montès Passito Rosso a sublime example that represents the best of Italian passito wine production, perfect for the most discerning connoisseurs.
