Precious oenological pearl and superb identity variety of the Cembra Valley, Müller Thurgau embodies the great strength and elegance of the territory. The vineyards are cultivated up to 900 m above sea level, a high altitude viticulture practiced by the heroic dedication and team union of the 300 suppliers of Cembra Cantina di Montagna. The inspiration for this wine comes from the historic vineyard of Vigna delle Forche, a heroic symbol of viticulture in the Cembra Valley, a mountain that rises up in every sense.

It shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It offers the nose intense aromas with marked floral scents and citrus and exotic fruit notes. On the palate it reflects a great and singular verticality and depth, with an unparalleled freshness and flavor.

It goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, as well as an excellent combination with fresh cheeses.
