The Nebbiolo Langhe DOC Ballarin is born in the hills of Piedmont, a historic and unique land for this iconic grape variety. The Nebbiolo, known for its firm tannins and elegant structure, expresses here all the complexity of the Langhe territory, characterized by calcareous-clayey soils and an ideal microclimate for the ripening of the clusters.

Visually it presents an intense ruby red color, followed by a broad and enveloping bouquet, with notes of withered roses, fresh cherry, and a spicy hint reminiscent of licorice and tobacco. On the palate it confirms itself as harmonious and persistent, with soft yet well-defined tannins and a slightly balsamic finish.

Perfect with traditional Piedmontese dishes such as tajarin with meat ragù or braised meat, this Nebbiolo reveals itself to be a versatile wine, capable of faithfully representing the richness and elegance of its terroir.
