From the heart of the renowned Ghemme area, in northeastern Piedmont, comes this Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2008 from the Torraccia winery, an elegant and complex expression of the Nebbiolo grape. Characterized by careful aging that blends tradition and patience, this wine presents a deeply intense ruby color, tending towards garnet with aging. On the nose, it offers refined aromas of small red fruits, withered violet, licorice, and spicy notes of tobacco and pepper, a distinctive sign of Nebbiolo in its Ghemme expression.

On the palate, it is enveloping, with soft but well-present tannins, a fine balance between acidity and structure that invites a long gustatory persistence. Perfect to accompany red meat dishes, delicate game, or aged cheeses, this interpreter of Nebbiolo fully expresses the microclimate and gravelly soils that characterize the Ghemme territory. A wine for connoisseurs who appreciate the depth and elegance of the most serene vintages.
