The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2017 from Torraccia, presented in Jeroboam format, offers a measured and recognizable expression of the variety. Visually it shows a transparent ruby with garnet highlights; on the nose there are notes of small red fruits, dried rose and slight earthy hints. On the palate it is solid and well-structured: tannins present but not aggressive, balanced acidity and a saline sensation that supports the taste. The expression remains on fine, composed tones, without aromatic excess.

For pairings it suits red meat dishes, roasts and medium-aged cheeses; it can also accompany mushroom-based preparations or flavorful sauces. In Jeroboam format it is suitable for convivial occasions and for those seeking a bottle to share or to keep calmly: it is recommended to open it in advance or to decant it to help the aromas open. This is a wine to assess over time, with a progression that may offer additional nuances in bottle.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
Awards and recognitions
