Harmonium is a very high quality wine, a product of excellence with a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence, a harmony between fruit and territory and the great care in the vineyards and masterful vinification. These are the ingredients needed to make a wine unique!
Harmonium is an extraordinary version of Nero d'Avola in purity that follows the Sicilian terroir of Borgo Guarini, honoring it in the best way.
Colors the glass with a ruby red with purple reflections, the bouquet opens with fruity aromas of blackberries, sour cherries and overripe plums, continues with hints of cocoa and vanilla, mint, sandalwood and parched earth. The taste is in perfect correspondence with the nose, a great wine of thickness and softness with a fragrant acid vein and silky tannins. Very long fruity persistence.
Harmonium is extremely suitable with kid on the spit and with roasted red meats, it will perfectly enhance the aged Ragusano.
