The Nierstein Riesling Vom Rotliegenden Trocken is produced by the renowned winemaker Lisa Bunn, whose vineyards are located in the lush hills of the Nierstein region in Germany. This wine stands out for its origin from Rotliegenden, a geologically unique soil, primarily composed of red stone, which imparts particularly distinctive qualities to the Riesling.

The harvest of this Riesling occurs exclusively by hand, ensuring the selection of the best grapes, which are then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, thereby preserving the natural fruity aromas.

The Nierstein Riesling Vom Rotliegenden Trocken presents itself with a light straw-yellow color and bright reflections. On the nose, it is an explosion of aromas: from the intense scent of ripe peaches and citrus to more delicate notes of white flowers and minerals. This wine perfectly balances the typical acidity of Riesling with an unmistakable freshness, bringing out lively flavors that linger pleasantly in the mouth.

On the palate, its elegance continues to shine through a robust but refined structure. The finish is long and persistently aromatic, with an aftertaste that brings back the mineral and fruity characteristics, a hallmark of the soil from which it originates.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with dishes of raw fish, seafood, and lightly spiced Asian cuisine. A brilliance to be served at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully enjoy its sublime qualities.

The mastery with which Lisa Bunn has enhanced the terroir of this specific area makes the Nierstein Riesling Vom Rotliegenden Trocken a true gem for lovers of high-quality white wine. It's a prestigious addition to any collection that speaks of love and dedication to wine.
