The Olio Extravergine di Oliva Gran Cru Coratina by Galantino is born in the fertile Apulian land, where the territory is characterized by an ideal microclimate and mineral-rich hilly soils. The Coratina grapevine, native and a symbol of Apulia, gives this oil a strong and structured character, with scents reminiscent of freshly cut grass and a pleasant bitter and spicy aftertaste, a sign of high quality and freshness.
The cold pressing and careful selection of olives guarantee a product rich in polyphenols and intense aromas, perfect for enhancing Mediterranean dishes or to be enjoyed raw on bread or salads.
