Galantino extra virgin olive oil with mint is produced with cold pressing of first choice olives.
During the milling, fresh mint is added, thus obtaining a particular oil with a sensational and certainly fresh aroma.
An extremely versatile oil with a very particular taste suitable for dressing grilled vegetables and rice salads raw; practical to prepare a tasty mint risotto and ideal for flavoring boiled or roasted potatoes. Finally, excellent to give an extra touch to roasted fish and very useful in the preparation of preserves and pickles.
