Oniris Grillo Sicilia DOC is a white wine from Duca di Salaparuta, presented under the name of the Grillo grape and the Sicilia DOC designation. These details give it a clear identity linked to a well-known Sicilian variety, without suggesting information not provided about the vintage or production choices. Grillo is generally appreciated for its lively aromatic profile; however, the nuances in the glass can vary according to the vintage and winemaking. It is therefore best to leave room to discover the individual character of the wine when tasting it.

At the table, it can be a suitable choice with fish dishes, light starters and vegetable-based preparations. It can also be served with simple dishes, allowing the ingredients and the wine to find a good balance. Serving it chilled is a practical suggestion for enjoying the tasting, without attributing specific sensory characteristics that have not been stated. This bottle may suit an informal meal or a dinner where a Sicilian white wine with a clearly identified grape and designation is desired. To appreciate it, take time to taste it and pair it with flavours that are not too intense.
