Wine has a great ability, that of telling stories without speaking.
Vetere Limited Edition tells of the immense love for Cilento and Paestum. A welcome tribute to these splendid places and their millenary history, enclosed in a small work of art. A label that speaks of the close link with the roots.
At the harvest the grapes are carefully selected by hand to make the best wine, with low temperature maceration for 6 hours. The result is an extremely elegant wine, very persistent thanks to its intense minerality.
When poured it has a sparkling pink colour. Intensely fruity aromas of small fruits of the undergrowth, black cherry and pomegranate arrive on the nose, enriched by floral aromas of dog rose, violet and wisteria, and hints of aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh and elegant, and the finish is pleasantly persistent.
Excellent to accompany Margherita pizza and perfect with potato and provola pasta. An extremely tasty glass with dairy products and cold cuts.
