The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC Strahler from Stroblhof is born among the sunny hills of Alto Adige, a land dedicated to white wines of extraordinary elegance. Made exclusively from Pinot Bianco grapes, this wine represents the essence of its territory, characterized by a cool climate and soils rich in minerality, which are reflected in the glass with marked liveliness.
The winemaking process follows traditional methods with careful aging in steel, which preserves the freshness and primary varietal aromatics. On the nose, delicate scents of green apple, white flowers, and a significant almond note open up, a distinctive trait of this grape variety in the area. On the palate, it shows a balanced structure with pleasant acidity and a clean, mineral finish, ideal to accompany fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
Pinot Bianco Strahler is a versatile white, capable of best expressing the authentic character of Alto Adige.
