The Pinot Bianco SassPinot IGT from Riedingerhof shows a measured, honest character: straw-yellow color with green highlights, aromas of apple and white flowers, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. On the palate it retains pleasant freshness and a sapid-acid balance that supports the fruit without overwhelming it. The gustatory tension is moderate, with a light to medium body and a clean finish that leaves a feeling of pleasant simplicity inviting another sip. Very pleasant.

Produced according to biodynamic principles, it is suitable for those seeking unadorned, naturally minded wines. It pairs with traditional dishes of lean fish, grilled vegetables, delicate risottos or as an aperitif; serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, in not-too-wide glasses to enhance freshness. Ideal for consumers who appreciate a genuine profile without excessive aromatics or showy techniques.
