The Pinot Bianco SassPinot IGT from Riedingerhof shows a measured, honest character: straw-yellow color with green highlights, aromas of apple and white flowers, accompanied by a subtle mineral note. On the palate it retains pleasant freshness and a sapid-acid balance that supports the fruit without overwhelming it. The gustatory tension is moderate, with a light to medium body and a clean finish that leaves a feeling of pleasant simplicity inviting another sip. Very pleasant.

Produced according to biodynamic principles, it is suitable for those seeking unadorned, naturally minded wines. Production philosophy
