Pinot Blanc "Les Princes Abbés" by Domaines Schlumberger is an elegant and refined white wine that comes from the lush hills of Alsace, a French region famous for its aromatic and complex white wines. This wine embodies Domaines Schlumberger's commitment to producing high-quality wines that faithfully reflect the unique terroir of Alsace, with sustainable viticulture practices and a careful and respectful approach to the environment.

"Les Princes Abbés" takes its name from the prince-abbots of Murbach, who, in the Middle Ages, owned vast vineyards in the region. This line of wines celebrates the rich winemaking history of Alsace and the long tradition of Domaines Schlumberger, which dates back to 1810. The Pinot Blanc for this wine is carefully selected from the estate's vineyards, where the limestone soil and favorable location ensure optimal development of the grapes.

At sight, the Pinot Blanc "Les Princes Abbés" presents itself with a delicate, bright and inviting straw yellow color. On the nose, the wine unfolds a fresh and captivating aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruits such as apple and pear, floral accents and a subtle minerality that recalls the distinctive geological characteristics of Alsace.

In the mouth, the wine expresses a perfect balance between refreshing acidity and a pleasant roundness, with flavors that reflect the olfactory sensations of fresh fruit and a touch of hazelnut, typical of well-matured Pinot Blanc. The finish is clean, with a light aromatic persistence that leaves a sensation of freshness and invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes, salads, fish and seafood dishes, or fresh cheeses, the Pinot Blanc "Les Princes Abbés" by Domaines Schlumberger is an example of how Pinot Blanc, when produced with care and attention, can offer a rich and satisfying tasting experience.

With its Pinot Blanc "Les Princes Abbés", Domaines Schlumberger confirms its reputation as one of Alsace's leading producers, offering a wine that is both accessible and of great quality, capable of expressing elegance and complexity which are the trademark of the region's wines.
