Wohlgemuth is a wine produced with Pinot Grigio grapes carefully selected during the harvest. At sight it shows an intense, clear and consistent straw yellow colour. The olfactory profile is rich in hints of ripe yellow fruit such as peach and apricot, mixed with delicious sweet notes of cotton candy, vanilla and spicy hints. The sip is fresh and dry, with an almond finish that is very pleasant on the palate.
A particularly versatile glass that goes well with fish and shellfish dishes, egg-based preparations and meat recipes.
