The Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC from Bolla presents itself with a pleasant immediacy: pale straw color and a fragrant aromatic profile that doesn’t rely on artifice. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, crisp apple and a touch of ripe pear, supported by a fresh citrus accent and a subtle minerality that keeps everything light and inviting. It’s a wine that speaks of cleanliness and precision, more for elegance than power.

On the palate it delivers on the nose’s promise with a slender but balanced sip; the acidity is lively without being aggressive and the salinity helps to prolong the drinking experience, leaving a clean, smooth finish. Well suited for aperitifs, with seafood starters or salads, it also stands up to grilled fish dishes and light vegetarian preparations; an excellent companion for those seeking a versatile, easy-drinking wine capable of enhancing everyday table fare.
