Donini's Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC is an easy-drinking white intended for early enjoyment. It shows a pale straw colour with subtle green highlights. On the nose it offers clear aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, with delicate floral hints and light citrus notes. On the palate it is slender, with fresh acidity that supports the fruit and a saline texture that promotes drinkability; the finish is clean and reasonably persistent, without excess.

Suitable as an aperitif, it pairs with simple fish dishes, salads, light white meats and uncomplicated vegetarian preparations. Serve at around eight to ten degrees Celsius in tulip-shaped glasses to highlight its freshness. For everyday drinking it offers balance and immediacy; when pairing, prefer ingredients that do not overpower the wine's freshness. It also works well with shellfish, light soups and soft fresh cheeses.
