Pinot Grigio la Selezione - Le Rosse - Tommasi is born in the heart of the Venetian hills, an ideal territory for this international grape variety. The carefully harvested grapes give life to a wine with a fresh and harmonious profile, characterized by a delicate sapidity and a fragrant bouquet that recalls notes of green apple, pear, and a light floral hint.

The vinification method preserves the balance and varietal purity, with a short stay on fine lees that imparts structure and softness, while enhancing the elegant and slender character typical of Pinot Grigio. The result is a versatile wine, perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and summer salads, capable of expressing the refined tradition of Tommasi and the exceptional potential of the Venetian territory.
